Affiliate members are those members who, through
either a partnership or a corporation have an interest in a rural
telecommunications service provider and membership is available to
competitive telecommunications service provider and whose subscriber
lines still total fewer than 100,000 lines. Affiliate members receive core
membership benefits, but are unable to elect Directors or serve in a RICA
elected office. Affiliate
memberships are $1,200 the first year and $2,400 each year thereafter.
