Voting members are comprised of those competitive
rural telecommunications companies who are owned at least 50% by an
independent local exchange carrier, and who have fewer than 100,000
subscriber lines. Voting members
are able to elect Directors and have representatives serve in a RICA
elected office. Voting memberships
are $1,500 the first year and $3,000 each year thereafter.
